A psychological immigration evaluation is a type of evaluation that is conducted by a licensed mental health professional to assess the mental health of an individual who is involved in an immigration case. The evaluation can be used to support a variety of immigration applications, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status.

We typically conduct this evaluation over the course of 2 to 3 visits, consult with your attorney, review records, and generate an evaluation document that gives an honest and clear picture of what has happened and how it has impacted your mental health.
