You must schedule this appointment with us directly and not through the portal.

Reunification Therapy
-
Rate is billed at $200/hr for all appointments.

You must schedule this type of therapy directly with the office and not through the portal.

Court Testimony is billed at $300/hour in increments of 2 hours starting at time ordered to to report to time completed.

Example: Ordered to testify at 9 am but testimony does not start until 11:30 am and lasts until noon. You will be billed for a total of 4 hours.

**Of note: Cancellations under 24 hours, and no-shows day of appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount charged for the appointment**


Insurance
In order to provide comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient, Boston Psychotherapy & Counseling Services does not accept insurance directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we are happy to submit your visits directly to the insurance company for reimbursement back to you. There is not a guarantee that your plan will reimburse.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to submit out of network claims for any MassHealth/Medicaid Plans or individuals with Medicare.
