Andrea Garcia, MSW, LICSW
Primary Therapist and Forensic Social Worker
As a passionate advocate for children and families, I bring empathy, insight, and dedication to my work as a Guardian Ad Litem and a Therapist. My background in clinical psychiatric evaluations, crisis planning, and navigating complex systems ensures that all decisions are made with a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional needs of those involved. I believe every voice deserves to be heard, and I provide thoughtful, actionable recommendations for the well-being of those I represent.

In my therapy practice, I focus on creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore practical solutions to challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and more. I’m committed to working alongside my clients, helping them develop the skills they need to thrive. My approach is tailored to each individual, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities that best suit their needs. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to enhance emotional well-being and create lasting, meaningful change.

I’m dedicated to ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported—whether in the courtroom or the therapy room. If you’re looking for someone who will listen deeply, advocate fiercely, and guide you toward practical solutions, I’m here to help.

Megan Donelan, LMHC
Primary Therapist
Megan doesn't believe clients need to "wait until something is wrong" to start therapy and supports clients in building their distress tolerance against everyday stressors. She prioritizes making clients feel comfortable, safe, and at ease during sessions and collaborates with the client for individualized treatment. She specializes in anxiety, attachment, trauma, and previously provided counseling in residential eating disorder treatment but provides support for a wide range of concerns. Many of her clients are new to therapy, and she enjoys making therapy a positive, effective experience.
Megan uses Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to build new neural pathways and change long-standing symptoms or behaviors, as well as using Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and an eclectic combination of other modalities. Clients are often surprised by the desired changes they experience and enjoy the stronger mind-body connection, resiliency to stressors, and increased connection to self and others.
Megan prioritizes creating a comfortable, laid-back, and welcoming space because she is passionate about normalizing therapy and understands meeting with a new therapist can seem overwhelming. Each client is in charge of what they're comfortable with, and Megan makes adjustments to support each client's preferences and goals.
